Sound healer, ceremonialist and community facilitator - weaving the wisdom of the Earth into every gathering for more than two decades.

My story

Nature was my first teacher

My roots are in the mountains of Bulgaria - a childhood of open horizons, ancient forests and breathtaking landscapes. Nature wasn’t separate from daily life; it was our home, our playground and our teacher. I spent my days outdoors, caring for animals and sensing the quiet connections between people, nature and spirit.

Music, song and dance ran through everything - gatherings around the table, traditional songs, village celebrations and the freedom to move. They left a lasting imprint on my heart, and they still shape how I hold space today: through voice, rhythm, creativity and a deep reverence for the Earth.

The tides, the waves and the ever-present ocean remind me daily of nature’s power to restore, guide and transform.

From the mountains of my childhood to the sea I now call home, the natural world remains at the centre of every sound journey, ceremony and healing experience I offer.

My journey

Healing begins when we reconnect

With ourselves, with nature and with the wisdom we already carry. Over the years my path has grown through sound healing, therapeutic bodywork, vocal expression, movement, shamanic practice and ceremony.

I bring together a modern understanding of nervous-system regulation with ancient Earth-based traditions, creating experiences that support deep relaxation, self-discovery and transformation. Every session is guided by intuition, compassion and respect - meeting you exactly where you are.

Alongside my private practice, I co-founded Sun Drum CIC with my soul sisters, bringing accessible wellbeing to communities through sound, movement and creativity. Today I facilitate workshops, retreats, festivals, ceremonies and wellbeing programmes across the UK.

My most meaningful teachers have come through both formal study and lived experience - and I keep deepening my practice through ongoing training and personal development.

Studies

Shamanic training

Trained with Lynn Gosney of Touch the Earth at Caer Corhrain Shamanic Centre, Isle of Sheppey. Her teachings have profoundly shaped my understanding of ceremony and the natural world - and of walking this path with humility and integrity.

Two decades of practice

Working with people of all ages in schools, community settings, festivals, retreats and private practice - from sound journeys and ceremonies to one-to-one support.
