Celtic Sweat Lodge

The Sweat Lodge is an ancient ceremony of prayer, purification and renewal - an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life into the embrace of the Earth, where fire, water, air and stone meet.

Our ceremonies honour the seasons and the wisdom of the elements. Through the day we prepare the lodge together, tend the sacred fire and offer our prayers and intentions. This shared preparation builds community and presence before we cross the threshold.

In the warmth and darkness of the lodge, guided by prayer, song, silence and the wisdom of the heated stones, many people find deep release, clarity and renewed connection - with themselves, their ancestors and the living Earth.

The Sweat Lodge is not simply an event. It is a sacred journey: a place to let go, remember who you are and emerge renewed.

Sacred Sauna Rituals

Step into the warmth of a sacred space where heat, steam, breath and nature come together to nourish the body, calm the mind and awaken the spirit.

Inspired by ancient traditions and guided with intention, each ritual weaves together herbal infusions, aromatherapy, sound, breathwork, mindful silence and moments of reflection. The contrast of heat and cool air, with conscious breathing, supports circulation, relaxation and nervous-system regulation while releasing physical and emotional tension.

Each gathering follows the rhythm of the seasons and the needs of those present - to celebrate a new beginning, mark a transition or simply restore. Leave refreshed, grounded and deeply renewed.
